Wake & Bake Meditation

A short, 20-minute guided meditation designed to help you slow down, breathe, and just… chill. No “baked” status required—just show up, get comfortable, and follow your breath. The practice focuses on going inward, connecting with your body and mind, and carving out a little space to reset your day.

Fair warning: my dog may make an appearance (she’s a bit of a meditation assistant), but don’t worry—her cameo only adds to the vibe. Close your eyes, relax, and let yourself be guided… chaos and all.
