A full vinyasa flow designed to energize, realign, and support balance across the seven primary chakras. This class is slightly more challenging, moving with intention through each sequence and including breathwork pauses to help you connect inward. Each flow is crafted to help you feel grounded, centered, and in tune with your body and energy—without needing prior experience with chakras or advanced practice.
